Chicken wings

Ingredients

800g chicken wings

1.5 cloves of garlic

5 shallots

4 chillies

 1 tablespoon pepper

5 tablespoons sugar

Half a cup of fish sauce

How to make Chicken wings:

  1. Wash, cut each wing into 2 pieces (do not marinate).

  2. Garlic, shallots, chillies: Finely chop.

  3. Frying chicken: Heat a pan with oil, then fry the chicken (deep fry). The fried chicken must be crispy, golden, not wet and sticky.

  4. Coat the chicken with fish sauce: Take another pan to coat the chicken with fish sauce that has just been fried.

  5. Take half a tablespoon of cooking oil, wait for the oil to heat up, add the minced garlic, shallots, and chillies, add 1 tablespoon of pepper.

  6. When the onions, garlic, and chillies are slightly dry and turn yellow, add half a cup of pure fish sauce and 5 tablespoons of sugar.

  7.  Stir the mixture evenly, when it starts to thicken, add the fried chicken.

  8.  Continue to stir the chicken until it turns slightly darker in color, then turn off the heat.
