Good Chance is offering a training and development opportunity for someone interested in working in theatre and the arts, who comes from a refugee or asylum-seeking background.

The selected trainee will receive mentorship from both the Good Chance team and their line manager at CFT. This is a fixed-term trainee position, where the role will be fully integrated into the LEAP team and will involve collaboration between both organisations.

Audience in a packed theater with red seating and vibrant lighting, facing a stage. The atmosphere is lively and anticipatory.

This opportunity is specifically intended for individuals with lived experience of displacement due to seeking asylum or refuge. We welcome applicants who are enthusiastic about the arts—no prior professional experience is necessary.

Application deadline is 8th August 2025. Find out more and apply here.
