‘File Not Found’ – Art by youth in care, telling the stories a file never could is a national art exhibition and competition open to young people aged 12–26 who are care experienced.

Taking place at the iconic Oxo Tower Wharf Gallery on London’s Southbank from 28 October – 1 November 2026, this exhibition aims to challenge the way young people in care can often feel defined by case notes, reports, and statistics - and instead celebrate identity, creativity, and self-expression.
